Is it safe to shop online with Stable?

Shipping & delivery
You can choose to either have your goods shipped to you or you can collect them from our store.

Free Shipping
In order to qualify for free shipping, your cart total must be R500 or more. Free shipping takes up to 5 working days.

Standard Shipping
This takes up to 5 working days and applies to orders UNDER R500. The cost for this delivery option is R85 nationwide.

Collection
You can collect your parcel from our store at the following address:

*NB: Your parcel should be collected within 14 days of purchase.

How do I redeem a voucher/promo code?

  1. Ensure that the items in your cart comply with the terms of the specific coupon you are intending to use. E.g. if a coupon is category specific, make sure that you have items from this category in your cart.
  2. Enter your promo code in the Discount Codes section on the Cart or Checkout page.
  3. Click “Apply” and enjoy your discount!

*Please note that you may only apply one promo code per checkout.

Manual EFT
How it works:

  1. Payment is to be made within 1 working day of placing your order.
  2. Proof of payment along with your order number as reference to be emailed to accounts@stabledesign.co.za.
  3. Your order will be dispatched once funds have cleared in our account. Please allow 3-5 working days.

Did my order go through?
You should receive an Order Confirmation email from us containing the details of your order. If you have not received this email, please check that the email address you entered when creating your account was correct. You can also send an email to orders@stabledesign.co.za

How do I return an item?
In order to initiate the return process please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to info@stabledesign.co.za detailing your reason for wanting to return your order. Please also provide us with a suitable collection date and address.
  2. Ensure that the product is packed in its original packaging and shipping packaging which you received it in.
  3. Our couriers will collect your parcel and bring it back to our warehouse.
  4. We will then assess your item(s) in order to confirm that they are compliant with the terms of our Returns Policy.

Provided the product meets the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy, we will gladly repair/replace it or process a refund at no additional cost to you.

How do I cancel an order which I've already paid for?
Give us a call on 021 426 5922 and one of our friendly team members will be able to assist with cancelling your order. Remember to have your order number handy as they will need this in order to instruct our couriers to return your parcel to our warehouse and initiate the refund process.
